Cubetto App Reviews
Сделанноеданной компании под IPADIPAD - шедевр, ради него приобрел данное приложение, чтобы иметь возможность просматривать на ноутбуке сделанное на IPAD. Нехватает: Экспорта-импорта группами. I’m using it for MAC OS and the IPAD vertion, both are perfect. The gameplay of this application allows you to create in the very fast way BPMN diagram, in comparisson with MS Visio, maybe cubetto 10 times faster. What is really missing a comfortable importexport: between IpadMACPC version. It exists but in slightly complex way (scheme by scheme). I really recommend it for consultants.
Waste of Money. After installation it crashes Interval Since Last Report: 5203189 sec Crashes Since Last Report: 79 Per-App Crashes Since Last Report: 5 Crashed Thread: 0 Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-thread Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV) Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x0000000000000000
Competing BPMN apps are far more expensive than this app. Cubetto could use some additional features and polish, but for a 1.x series app it’s quite good. Very fast for BPMN entry. I’d like to see future versions add improved ways of moving multiple objects between groups/swimlanes/pools or quickly changing attributes for multiple objects (ex: multiselect and change all selected activities to service type). Overall, if you need to produce BPMN diagrams quickly, this is a great app at a reasonable price.
Overall a good tool, and a comprehensive one - BPMN, EPC, UML and more all in one. I was a little skeptical of the purchase at first considering it was a first release and had no reviews yet at the time, but I am not disappointed. The UI and menus can be a bit clunky in places though, this is an area where the product could stand to improve. But utility wise, not bad at all.
Cubetto is tight and neat: concentrate on expressing your ideas with precision and the app takes care of layout. Four big, shining starts for productivity! You will be generating very customizable models in a fraction of a time that you’d spend drawing them interactively. This app costs a fraction of any remotely similar model (none of which you will find in the Mac App Store) All the accolades come with two warnings: (1) you must make an effort to learn it. The interface is not standard and it nests dialog boxes. (An Apple-style inspector sidebar with all options for the selected element would make work 10 times easier) (2) there is no undo feature. A mistake can be costly, you may need to re-create a deleted element and all its connections. Despite the two shortcomings, this is a quality piece of software with an intrinsically extensible and modular design. Like almost all examples of German engineering, Cubetto motivates you to think before doing …and this is just a v1.xx Very highly recommended!
Just started using, but having issues
difficult interface, not intuitive.
